Email address — only when you subscribe to our newsletter or make a purchase. We need it to deliver your products and send the occasional update.
Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.). Your card / UPI / netbanking details go directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection; we never see or store them. We only receive payment metadata (payment ID, amount, the email you entered at checkout) to deliver your purchase.

We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used and to improve it:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type, and events like button clicks. GA4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that persist for up to 2 years. IP addresses are not logged or stored by GA4. Data is processed by Google LLC. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised session replays and heatmaps (mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page interactions) to help us find usability problems. Clarity automatically masks sensitive content such as input fields. Clarity sets cookies (_clck, _clsk) and processes data under Microsoft's privacy terms. Neither service is used for advertising, and we do not run ad-targeting cookies.
To deliver the products you purchased, to send occasional updates (you can unsubscribe any time), and to understand how our site is used so we can improve it.
Only the service providers needed to run this site: Razorpay (payments), Brevo (email delivery and newsletter), Cloudflare (hosting), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Purchase records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax compliance. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows the retention settings of GA4 (14 months) and Clarity (up to 13 months).
As required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing surisetti.dev@gmail.com. We respond within 7 working days. You may also withdraw consent for marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.
We use only essential and analytics cookies (GA4: _ga, _ga_*; Clarity: _clck, _clsk). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking these cookies in your browser will not break the site.
