If a product doesn't help you, email surisetti.dev@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. We refund the full amount — no questions, no forms.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 3 business days of approval. The amount typically reaches your account in 5–7 business days depending on your bank (UPI refunds are usually faster).
Bundle refunds after 7 days, custom services (we don't offer them yet), and disputes filed without first contacting us.
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We will always resolve genuine issues directly.
